• ~To carry out the management, supervision and evaluation of the works of all the building service providers, contractors and suppliers appointed in the building to ensure that each respective scope of work is executed and completed satisfactorily
• ~ To carry out the management of the stocks, tools, equipment, assets and facilities of the project
• ~ Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects
• ~ To lead, plan and develop departmental goals and objectives for Facilities Department
• ~ Responsible in all aspects of building maintenance & renovation including C&S, electrical, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC), M&E infrastructure, security and facilities management in a cost efficient & effective manner in line with approved SOPs, regulatory and audit requirements.
• ~ Responsible for operation and maintenance of all M&E systems.
• ~To ensure routine Inspection/handling is carried out for air-cond, AHU, PABX, Generator; fire system equipment; lighting facility and electrical switchboard.

· ~Maintenance and repaired all Electrical system equitment.

· ~Assist Chargeman repair and maintenance work on LV ROOM and HT ROOM.

· ~Performed maintenance to all system Building facility:

(HVAC SYSTEM, FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, CIVIL, GAS, CIVIL,PLUMBER ,LIFT and ESC)

· ~Conducted preventive maintenance on equipment.

· ~Supervise, enforce, conduct, and train occupants in emergency situations and ensure compliance with building

· ~Reviewing of plans and specifications as well as providing recommendations in relation to the operations and maintenance facilities

• Assisting Project Managers in their day duties and reporting coordinate activities progress project
• Make sure that project is on track, to remove impediments, provide resources and data needed
• Esteeming project costs and planning project
