- Job specific on the Hot work (piping and structural) ensure WPS, WQT and hot work permit are in order, electrical are generally cable pulling, cable trunking, support for cable ladder, install panel and equipment, electrical panel, cable glanding work, cable dressing, conduct the continuity test, megger test and instrumentation etc., commissioning, pre-start line, punch list and pre and final documentations.
- Communicating to the Lead coordinator to assign site supervisor as the pre-planning of the job assignment for the project planning schedule.
- Preparing the project tracking report (design drawing, management documents, manpower supply, materials receiving and safety report) and to maintain the stainabilities of the update status report.
- Liaise with clients to site instruction (SI), project expediting by daily and weekly report basis submitted, as to achieved production target to the pre-fabricate and site installation.

- Perform Welder Qualification Test (WQT) & review all Welding Procedure approved by class & client.
- Carried out inspection to ensure compliance to requirement base on relevant codes and standard (Checked all MVR, Fit up & visual for welding assessment).
- Checked all incoming materials and equipment for Material receiving inspection to review all certificates as per project requirements.
- Carried out inspection on Mechanical item e.g. (Compressor, Condensing Unit, and ventilation fan motor, air handling unit, refrigeration system, chiller pump, chiller unit, fan coil unit and all included in work scoop of Mechanical for HVAC).

- Carried out inspection on Electrical item e.g. (control panel, local switch box, cable tray, and loop check & insulation mega test) and all included in work scoop of electrical for HVAC.
- Carried out inspection on Architectural item for cold room (installation of wall panel, ceiling, flooring, door and rack).
- Carried out HVAC ductwork installation and insulation of HVAC duct work including air leakage Test on ducting and damper installation.
- Monitor of installation works for mechanical and electrical inspection for condensing unit/freezer, Freon control panel, chiller/freezer control panel, cold room light, prior the offering the said item to client.
- Monitor Internal Inspection for Fabrication Fitting work of ventilation coaming, duct penetration, duct support, plenum box. Silencer, mushroom, gooseneck and all include in work scoop of fabrication fitting prior to offering the said item to client.
- Preparation for NDT inspection such as RT, UT, DPT and MPI.
- Observed and assist NDT Inspector in RT, UT, DPT and MPI Examination and evaluation.
- Maintain all quality activities to meet all client requirements and approved specification.
- Monitor line checking for supply ducting before during function test (smoke test) with client.
- Carried out the final acceptance & survey in HVAC job before hand over to client.
- Prepare all document for mechanical completion for mechanical and electrical.
- Closed all ITR(Inspection Test Report) prior of commissioning work.
