• Oversee and manage CAPEX projects for plant improvement initiatives including budgeting, resource allocation and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Develop cost estimates, evaluate equipment, review bids, perform economic analysis and make recommendations on selection of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environment (HSE) policies and promote a safety-first culture within the team.
• Follow up and action all maintenance issues identified at the Synergy Meeting with the Production and Technical team.
