Project: Construction & Completion Of Main Access Road, Drainage & Associated Infrastructure Works For Cadangan Menaiktaraf Jalan Dan Kerja-Kerja Pengalihan Utiliti Di Jalan Meru Tambahan, Mukim Ijok, Daerah Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan. (RM18 million)

• Preparing Work Program (CPM)
• Preparing and updating the related procedures for site. (PQP, ITP & Work Method Statement)
• Preparing the material submission for approval.
• Monitor all testing done is in accordance to the Project Specification and related.
• Carry out the incoming quality control, in process quality control and final quality control of respective work.
• Supervise all construction works on projects.
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of works at site.
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities at project site.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions and safety practices as relevant and required by the quality management system.
• Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• Prepare progress report monthly.
• Attendance client meeting (Weekly Meeting).

• Check and ensure that all work done is in accordance to the documented quality requirements and follow construction drawing.
• Assisting on reports documentation submission work. Inform QA/QC Engineer on any non-conforming matters found during inspection.
• Assist QA/QC Engineer conduct quality control inspection.
• Carry out the incoming quality control, in process quality control and final quality control of respective work.

Involve Of Bridge & Roadworks - Responsibilities:

Project: Senai - Desaru Expressway, Johor. (RM500 million)

• Prepare weekly and monthly QC report (summary testing and concrete analysis).
• Supervision laboratory and field testing work (material, soil, pavement and concrete).

• Receiving, filing, distribution and maintenance of all construction drawings and QA/QC documents on site.
• Prepare and update master indexes.
• Maintain all records related to the control & distribution of these documents as described in the relevant procedures.
