Warehouse Operation


  • Manage inventory movement, storage, and record accuracy.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound materials in ASRS system.

Licensing Manufacturing Warehouse

  • Ensure full compliance with Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) regulations and requirements.
  • Monitor and control all bonded material movements — import, usage, storage, and export.
  • Verify import/export permits and ensure proper documentation before shipment.
  • Maintain accurate LMW records and transactions in the ERP system.
  • Prepare and submit monthly LMW reports to Customs and MITI on time.
  • Coordinate with Customs and MITI officers during audits and inspections.
  • Conduct regular stock reconciliations between physical inventory and system data.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies immediately to maintain record accuracy.
  • Ensure all LMW-related documents are well-organized and traceable for audit readiness.


ASRS Technical

  • Oversee the overall operation and reliability of the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS).
  • Forming Technical team by hiring expert and experience technician from Swisslog ASRS team.
  • Create Maintenance Plan for ASRS system, Lorry and Forklift to sustain the performance
