• Guided contractors in task completion, offering assistance to meet tight deadlines.
• Implemented best practices and safe operating procedures.
• Delivered reports to construction manager to detail project updates and likely completion dates and delayed cause.
• Liaised with main contractor regarding work progress.
• Inspected formwork, rebar and concrete to follow as per drawing design and specifications from the foundations to roof structure.
• Keep RFI records and files in the following trade.
• Monitor the Bore Piles excavation and the concrete works to be done in times and follow progress schedule.
• Monitor the hand dug cassion and the pour concrete progressively with safely until design length depths achieved.
• Inspected depths of footings, pourings of foundations and conditions of soil.
• Monitor the Load test on selected Bored Piles.

40 Sty Building With 7 Sty Podium Parking and 2 Sty Service Facilities.

• Seconded to Tylin Consultant's as CLEARK OF WORK for inspections.
• Inspected formwork, rebar and concrete to follow as per drawing and specifications.
• Revised and reviewed material lists, drawings and specifications for compliance with requirements.
• Reported issues problems and progress works to Residents Engineer.
