Investigating disciplinary cases involving members and officers of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) through internal investigations, evidence collection, preparation of investigation reports, and submission of recommended actions to the Disciplinary Authority, in accordance with established rules and procedures to ensure the integrity and discipline of the force are upheld.

Conducting investigations and monitoring activities related to moneylenders and licensed pawnbrokers to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including gathering information, carrying out enforcement operations, and preparing reports and recommendations for action to the relevant authorities.

Worked as a Criminal Narcotics Investigation Officer with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), investigating drug-related crimes such as possession and trafficking. Responsibilities included gathering information, conducting surveillance, interviewing suspects, preparing reports, and working with prosecutors for court cases. Also took part in joint operations with other agencies to dismantle drug networks and manage seized narcotics for legal proceedings.
