• DREAMS (DBKL Revenue Management System) /DBKLCore System :
• CSSP D (Customer Self-Service Portal) : Laravel Framework
• Terminal DBKL(Terimaan Bayaran POS System) : Laravel Framework
• Involve more than 20 Integration points with different systems and format eg: JSON/XML/SOAP and Auto Listener FTP Folder Integration.
• Improved and deployed billing automation, big data and real-time reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Wrote server-side and client-side code for all involved projects using PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Developed back-end components to connect applications with web services.
• Designed user-facing elements to integrate with web APIs and server-side logic.
• Mentored junior developers on industry best practices and techniques.
• Configured and deployed existing and future REST APIs, integrating with third-party APIs.

• Troubleshoot and support existing system such as resolve any code bugs, database query and flow of system for system:
• APEL-A (Zend Framework)
• Installing and support Moodle v3.2 such as Integration with Timetable and Group from University Management System and SSO from other system.
• Maintaining database and troubleshoot Infrastructure University Learning Management System (LMS). (PHP-Zend Framework).
• Migrating and Maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) to Education Management System (EMS) by cross match with the different database version (MYSQL and ORACLE10G).

Actually my practical departments are more on Tele-Sales and Direct Sales Marketing. In this department also doing outside services like onside support for other company need services from NAR Resources. This department will opens its door to talented individuals who seek challenges and enjoy the rewards of being in a dynamic and fast growing preferred Telecommunication Company and besides that, I learn more communication skills and experiences senior staff in this department.

Actually my practical departments is DMS\LAN Manage network services do computer Maintenance and network equipment services from internal HeiTech building or HeiTech branches. In this department also doing outside services like onside support for other company need services from HeiTech Padu Berhad. This department will do anything computer network equipment services and good for networking student in industrial training learn and study the skill and experiences senior network administrator in this department.
