- Work on levels 2 and 3 of BAU production support on ocbc.com.my internet banking, BAU month-end releases, and weekly Scrum meetings for defects

- Investigation of bank cases, such as identifying the problem, analyzing the cause, developing the solution, and implementing the solution
- Involve in bank system design and provide the impact analysis summary by working closely with the vendor for any changes or defect that has been raised
- Follow up on cases the closely and attend the SCRUM meeting daily and update the lead for any blocking cases
- Performing Web Renewal certificated for OCBC internet banking
- Take part in Bank Wide of DR activities, by performing bring up and down the maintenance page in bank website and performing internet banking sanity health check

- Under the ITMP process, any change request of either major or minor type will be referred to the ECAC meeting.
- Respond to server alert in Fast Respond and provide a root cause report to a Commander.
- Manage server storage expansion as soon as the alert threshold is reached
- Produce an Orion report on a quarterly basis and provide a root cause for any spike in memory usage.
