  • Provide support and enhancement services for the Consumer Banking application on the web and apps offered on www.ocbc.com.my
  • Work on levels 2 and 3 of BAU production support on ocbc.com.my internet banking, BAU month-end releases, and weekly Scrum meetings for defects
  • These issues may include Fund Transfer issues, FPX, DuitNow, login and registration errors, OTP, and Bank Fraud Cases
  • Investigation of bank cases, such as identifying the problem, analyzing the cause, developing the solution, and implementing the solution
  • Involve in bank system design and provide the impact analysis summary by working closely with the vendor for any changes or defect that has been raised
  • Follow up on cases the closely and attend the SCRUM meeting daily and update the lead for any blocking cases
