- In charge of operation Waste Water Treatment Plant (Physical & Biological ), capacity 1440 m3/day, Standard B.
- Guidance and supervise 4 waste water treatment operator.
- Perform daily report on waste water treatment plant condition.
- Perform internal laboratory test for waste water which is includes pH, BOD, COD, Total Suspended Solid, Iron, Zinc, Oils and Grease, Flouride, every week.
- Perform to ensure all mini lab equipment in good condition and always calibrate.
- Perform to arrange the water sample to accredited laboratory for analysis every month.
- Perform to control optimum usage of chemical by jar test.
- Perform to keep maintain chemical inventory stock level.
- Perform to weekly plan shutdown equipment maintenance, WWTP facility and housekeeping plant area.
- Perform to make monthly Plant Performance Monitoring report and submit to manager.
- Responsible as competent person (CePIETSO-PCP) to continuously do the performance monitoring and make sure all parameters meet the requirement based on EQA 1974 (Standard B)
- Responsible as compentent person (CePSWaM) of scheduled waste.
- In charge of scheduled waste storage room which is includes, sludge WWTP, spent gear oil, spent hydraulic oil, clinical waste ( used self test kit covid- 19), contiminated soil, used catton rag.
- Responsible to monthly report submission to DOE for scheduled waste (e-SWIS) and water sample (OER).
- In charge of chemical storage room by monitor and record handling which is includes, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, gear oil, solvent, thinner, caustic, coagulant and flocculant.
- In charge of Scrubber system operation by control the daily performance monitoring. Weekly maintanance and houskeeping area.
- Perform to arrange consultant to do isokinetic stack and air emmission monitoring every year.
