Projects

Heart Disease Prediction Using Machine Learning

Tools: Python, Scikit-learn, GridSearchCV, PCA, Matplotlib

  • Implemented and compared Logistic Regression, Linear SVM, and RBF SVM models using Python and scikit-learn.
  • Applied GridSearchCV for hyperparameter tuning and PCA for dimensionality reduction and visualization.
  • Evaluated models using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, confusion matrix, and decision boundary plots.
  • Demonstrated the potential of machine learning in enhancing early detection and clinical decision-making in healthcare.

Digital Forensic Investigation: 2020 Twitter Cyberattack

Tools: FTK, EnCase, Magnet AXIOM, Splunk, ELK Stack

  • Conducted a full forensic investigation of the 2020 Twitter breach involving social engineering and internal system compromise.
  • Analyzed phishing techniques and network traffic to trace attacker intrusion methods and identify vulnerabilities.
  • Delivered actionable recommendations including incident response planning, MFA implementation, and employee cybersecurity training to prevent recurrence.

Final Year Project - UAV Communication and Mobility

  • Implementing reinforced learning and Terahertz communication into our model for better communication and mobility in FANETs.
  • Using NS3 to create a real-life simulation of our model for UAVs in FANETs.

Eco-Panion – Sustainable Living Mobile App

  • Developed Eco-Panion, a cross-platform mobile/web app designed to promote eco-friendly habits and support UN SDG 11.
  • Integrated AI algorithms for smart recommendations and 2FA security and encryption for user data protection.
  • Implemented AR-based recycling tutorials, AI-optimized maps for locating recycling centers, and IoT integration for smart home control.
