• Lead CPK and process capability studies for critical characteristics.
• Conduct Gauge R&R to validate measurement system reliability.
• Prepare and execute CAPEX proposals, including ROI justification, machine selection, and technical evaluation.
• Develop Scope of Work (SOW) for new line setup, equipment upgrades, and automation improvement.
• Author technical Evaluation Reports for equipment qualification, tooling validation, and process changes.
• Drive layout design and line setup using Lean principles to optimize cycle time, material flow, and ergonomics.
• Perform PFMEA and FMEA to assess process risks and implement control plans.
• Develop comprehensive Work Instructions (WI), process flow diagrams, and control plans for production.
• Create and update process drawings and product drawings for wire routing, termination specs, and assembly documentation.
• Conduct engineering-level process studies, including cycle time analysis, capacity planning, and DOE-based improvements.
• Jig & Fixture Engineering
  Design, fabrication, modification, and validation of tooling to support assembly, testing, and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke).
• Crimping Technologies
  Setup, calibration, validation, and maintenance of crimping machines (semi-auto & fully auto).
  Perform pull-test analysis and cross-section evaluation.
• Wire Cutting & Processing Machines
  Expertise in high-speed wire cutting, stripping, and termination equipment.
• IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) Machines
  Setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair.
  Execute parameter optimization for yield & reliability improvement.
• ROJ Stripping Machines
  Advanced troubleshooting, precision calibration, and setup optimization.
• Provided technical support for troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining plant reliability and minimizing operational disruptions.

• Fab Integration 1 will have to down the tool involves in the failure if the defects detected in those tools or machine.
• Managing and approving changes to the system performance specification.
• Evaluate new process consumables.
• Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality.
• The technician will perform a scanning and disposition job.
• Perform Gauge R&R's on advanced metrology tools.
• Work with equipment & consumables vendor to quickly resolve process issues.
• It will determine whether the wafer pass the DOI limit according to the OCAP or it fail the DOI spec limit.
• Develop and maintain Process & Operations Specifications.
• Every process will have different scanning recipe which the recipe will be created by the technician or Process Engineer.
• Fab Integration 1 is the department who responsible to do an inspection towards every process that run in every single wafer.

• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Planning and scheduling repairs.
• Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
• Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
• Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
• Internship
