  • Partnered with Malaysia's leading telecommunications company to conduct yearly human resource department audit for their operating companies across the Asia region. The objective of the audit is to ensure the HR team consistently improves their processes and implementation to improve their employees' experiences
  • Collaborated with a property development company to develop their organisational scorecard based on their 5 year road map. Customised departmental KPIs were also crafted and cascaded to ensure alignment to organisational goals
  • Conducted productivity analysis for a medical administration company. The organisation wants to grow its business against competitors and are looking to improve the deployment of their employees to optimise operational cost
  • Designed behavioral and technical competency framework for a financial institution where the organisation is looking to diversify their business due to competitions they are facing from digital companies
  • Worked on assessing candidates for a merger and acquisition exercise between 2 financial institutions where we helped identified the right candidates for roles post M&A exercise. Development plans were also introduced to individual candidates to ensure effectiveness in their new role
  • Designed an employee experience journey for Malaysia's leading bank where we began by understanding the pain points and moments that matter for their employees. We then co-created potential solutions with their HR team in collaboration with their business leaders across the organisation within the region
  • Project manager for Kincentric's flagship program, Kincentric Best Employers for 2018 and 2019 where as a team we managed the program from end to end to the solicitation of participants, survey roll outs, judging construct and finally the awards ceremony
