- Respond or attend to the client/user complaint, such as power trip issue, air conditioning, or any related to the operation and present a solution.
- Performs daily inspection of the chiller, air compressor, dryer, cooling tower and all facility related equipment in the factory to ensure that they are functioning properly.
- Performs troubleshooting or conduct testing on electrical equipment such as motor and electrical cables if it is found to have damaged to ensure they are safe and meet specification.
- Performs preventive maintenance work as per the schedule generated by work order system.
- To ensure daily checklist and reports are properly completed and maintained.
- Monitor and supervise BMS and respond to alerts.
- Coordinate and supervises maintenance work carried out by contractors or vendor to meet EHS requirement.
- Carry out test run Gen Set and Fire pump once a week to ensure they are successfully starts without affecting operation in case of power failure or fire.
