System: Power Supply & Distribution, Communication, Signaling, Platform Auto Gate, Depot Equipment, Civil and M&E.

• Responsible to manage, coordinate and monitor wayside installation works for all Sub System.
• Monitoring & supervise construction for Depot Building & extended stations structure work.
• Reporting progress of System installation work to Project Manager, Daily Site Report & Weekly Progress Meeting with Project Director, Contractors, Consultant & Client.
• Attend relevant meetings including procedural project and technical discussion meeting with client, consultant & contractor related issue on site to ensure smooth progress of installation work.
• Involving in System Testing & Commissioning, PICO,SIT/SAT & TOC with Clients and project Consultant
• Avoiding construction delays by efficiently following through with all site inspections in timely manner
• Reporting quality of performance on site to Project Manager
• Performing regular job site observations to provide direction for all general contractor personnel
• Reviewing plans and specs during schematic design of pre-construction
• Liaise with relevant parties such as client, consultant, design team, procurement and contractor for end product improvement
• Working with construction administration consultants to plan field observations on schedule
• Determine project schedule, which included sequence of all construction activities
• In charge of Depot Building, Equipment & Station handover activities to clients
• Monitored, coached, and supervised team of 4 site Supervisors.
