- To monitor and control vendor’s quality by updating incoming inspection report and delivery performance into AutoCount and updates the Rejection/Rework Report. 4
- To attend all incoming defective goods, rejected parts and production complaint due to supplier quality issues. 5
- To perform continuous improvement on quality by generating one Point Lesson, approved sample for internal and external, approved inspections, Work Instruction, Inspection Manual, Check sheet for revision and new released models. 6
- To define/identify clearly all responsibilities, testing, control, calibration, validation, etc are performed as specified in Work Instruction / Check sheet. 7
- To attend to customer’s complaints and work with relevant department to ensure the root cause of non-conformity has been investigated and the corrective action is being effectively implemented. 8
- As DDC, to be responsible for all document control as part of the maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System. 9
- To ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001 standard quality requirement which are implement and documented. 10
- To perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring and efficient and effective work environment.
