1) Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on factory buildings and infrastructure.
2) Responsible for maintenance and repair of factory facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, boiler, water supply and drainage.
3) Ensure factory environment meets hygiene and cleanliness with GMP and HACCP standards.
4) Check for leaks, corrosion, blockages, and wear and tear.
5) Conduct basic testing of pumps, motors, and electrical supply to utilities.
6) Perform troubleshooting and repairs to minimize production disruption.

1)Inspect and maintain overhead cranes, rolling mills, cooling beds, hydraulic systems, and compressors.
2) Carry out preventive maintenance on motors, control panels, MCCs, switchgear, and transformers.
3) Troubleshoot and repair faults involving: AC/DC motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Sensors and limit switches, HMI and control circuits.
4) Inspect and maintain overhead cranes, rolling mills, cooling beds, hydraulic systems, and compressors.
5) Test electrical components using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and other instruments.
6) Replace contactors, relays, breakers, fuses, cables, and proximity sensors.
7) Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and plant safety procedures.

1) Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work for overhead electrical lines.

2) Install electrical poles, cross arms, insulators, and overhead conductors/cables.

3) Carry out routine inspections to identify faults, defects, or potential power supply interruptions.

4) Troubleshoot and repair electrical line faults during breakdowns or outages.

5) Conduct tree trimming activities near power lines in accordance with safety procedures.

6) Operate equipment and tools such as bucket trucks, tensioners, hand tools, and electrical testing devices.

7) Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, work permits, SOPs, and electrical standards.
