ERP Prospectsoft :
- Successfully led and owned the end-to-end QA process for the ERP Prospectsoft project, ensuring consistent quality standards across releases.
- Built UI automation coverage from zero to over 200 automated test cases, significantly improving regression efficiency and release confidence.
- Integrated automated tests into Azure DevOps pipelines, enabling nightly execution and early defect detection to support continuous delivery.
ERP Mintsoft :
- Refined the overall testing process and strengthened the Definition of Done (DoD), improving clarity and quality expectations across teams.
- Reduced total defect count from ~200 to ~90, achieving a substantial improvement in product stability and release readiness.
- Educated and aligned development teams on quality practices prior to feature rollout, embedding a shift-left quality mindset.
- Played a key role in pre-release testing for weekly releases, directly contributing to improved release quality and reduced post-release issues.
PickSense Mobile Apps :
- Led QA test activities for the MVP phase, including defining and delivering mobile automation test coverage.
