- Responsible on checking all NCR panel and make a decision to repair or reject that’s panel.
- In charged on planning, coordinate and monitor all delivery process / arrangement to Singapore site
- To attend meeting with consultant and deal on defect at site
- Coordinate and conduct inspection for new casting for each new project
- Responsible on preparing panel for CONQUAS inspection (Consultant & BCA Assessor)
- Responsible on all that comply with EHS rules and regulations
- Set up Emergency Response Team and as Emergency Coordinator
- Responsible on weekly toolbox briefing and safety walkabout
- Responsible on checking all RA and HIRARC based on working activities at for each department

- Advisor and coordinator for technical department upon delivery to fulfil transporter requirement (Trailer size, road n etc.)
- Advisor and coordinator for transporter on site or road inspection specifically on precast delivery arrangement
- Liaises with relevant authorities department who have jurisdiction on Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (Eg. DOSH, DOE, CIDB and Local Authorities)
- Responsible to lead accident investigation for any incident or accident happen at workplace.
