Operation Engineer (2021-Present)

• Manage a team of junior engineers, technicians and operators responsible for maintaining all machinery and jigs used in production lines.
• Liaise with related departments for preventive measures and possible improvements on all production line related items.
• Mentored and coached entry-level and junior engineers to improve talent and boost skill levels.
• Monitor and perform daily reports on production line progress, line loss improvement and team members performance with Head of Department and Sector Head.

Project Engineer (2019-2021)

• Adhered to timelines to meet quality assurance targets.
• Controlled project costs by approving expenditures.
• Responsible for the smooth introduction of new product models in production line.
• Confirm all new models to follow specifications and standards outlined by the designers prior to mass production.
• Design and build customized inspection jigs to be used in production lines for all new product models.

Testing Engineer (2015-2019)

• Define testing methodology for candidate software prior to worldwide plant release.
• Discover and highlight any potential bugs and glitches related to software, hardware or a combination of both scenarios.
• Ensure the integrity of software being used, confirming to the latest updated standard imposed by the designers and developers.

• Monitor closely all mechanical and electrical works on site • Ensure the services, materials and workmanship complies with the Client’s requirement
• Assist the Project Manager on the Mechanical and Electrical testing and commissioning of the project and review all testing and approved testing data.
• Compile O&M manuals including guarantees, warranties and certificates from manufacturer and fabricators for final submission.
• Liaise with authority and third parties on site mobilization in terms of electrical and mechanical aspects.
• Coordinate the installation of all equipment, piping, ductworks, bus way and etc. between Architecture and Civil & Structural department

• Report to Assistant General Manager/Service Manager.
• Planning, manage & coordinate product servicing and testing.
• Studied manufacturing processes to improve overall knowledge.
• Produce quotation, site service report & summary for service trips & over-warranty products.
• Perform quality control during production, testing, delivery, installation & site testing before handover to client.
• Perform repair & troubleshooting work on both software & hardware level.
• Perform training session for technicians and team members on software & hardware troubleshooting, repair & maintenance.
• Provide training & end-user support for all products available under the company profile.
• Support project team during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
• Liaise with main contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, client and suppliers.
• Perform site installation, site testing & troubleshooting works.
• Carry out the site coordination, site meeting & field site service.
