- Straits Consulting was appointed as the Main Civil and Infrastructure Consultant by Johor Land Group for the Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC) South Project. The proposed development involves the planning and designing of the master civil infrastructure plan of mix development of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional plot . As a Senior Civil Engineer, main contribution are to produce detail design for all the civil works ie. Road and Drainage, Hydraulic & Hydrology for wet pond, ESCP, Earthwork, Water Reticulation and Sewerage system. Besides, he also need to attend the pre-consultation and getting the submission approval from Local Authority including Majlis Perbandaran Kulai (MPKu), Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Johor (JPS), Runhill Syarikat Air Johor (RSAJ), IWK and Jabatan Kerja Raya(JKR). The proposed development involves the construction of a complex of the new Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional (FINAS) headquarters and associated facilities. As a Senior Civil Engineer, main contribution are to produce detail design for all the civil works ie. Road and Drainage, Hydraulic & Hydrology for river, ESCP, Earthwork, Water Reticulation and Sewerage. Besides, he also need to attend the pre-consultation and getting the submission approval from Local Authority including Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya(MBPJ), Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran(JPS), SYABAS,IWK and Jabatan Kerja Raya(JKR). Also attending meeting with client and related authority including Technical Meeting, CCM, Site Meeting, Authority Meeting, Tender Technical Interview for contractor and preparing Tender Technical Evaluation report for Client. The proposed development is located at Jalan Bukit Lanjan near the Lebuhraya Damansara – Puchong (LDP). As Senior Civil Engineer, he assigned to do the detail design for all the civil works (Road and Drainage,ESCP, Earthwork, Water Reticulation and Sewerage). He also doing the pre-consultation and getting submission approval from Authority including Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL), SYABAS and Indah Water Konsortium(IWK). - SINOPEC Engineering Group Malaysia Sdn Bhd has appointing MIESB as the regulatory and permitting approval consultant for the RAPID Project, Package 12A. The project is valued at RM1.2 Billion consisting of Dredging Works at Port Area, Berthing Jetty for container area, Container yard of 2000,000 TEUs, Building Onshore facilities and Sulphur Stockpile Building. As a Senior Civil Engineer, he was assisting the project manager to design the infrastructure works including the drainage and road works, water reticulation and earthworks. Besides, he also preparing the tender document and bill of quantity for taking off for cost estimation.

Arsea have been given 2 MRT Station called Cyberjaya North Station and 16 Sierra Station.
