During Construction 2020-2022, The Maris Desaru Coast Phase 1.
- To coordinate and control all physical aspects of day-to-day working on a construction project to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Meet operational standards of quality and schedule.
- To conduct joint inspection with a consultant for all architectural, c&s, and m&e trades.
- To manage subcontractors by monitoring and controlling workmanship.
- Daily routine for standing supervision on site.
- To maintain a good quality record.
- To prepare site progress photos every month for the marketing and sales department.
- Inspect and control the quality of construction work as per QLASSIC specification.
- To maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment at the site.
- To participate in the Monthly HSE Committee Meeting, Southern Project, by the QASHE team.
- QAQC monthly committee meeting by QASHE team.
- QASHE quality and HSE inspection every month.
- Participation in the discussion.
- To participate in the Site Project Meeting.
- To participate in job training for all trades by contractor.
During DLP 2022-2024, The Maris Desaru Coast Phase 1
- Receive and resolve all defect work as long as in Defect Liability Period (DLP).
- Monitor to resolve all defect work in 14 days.
- Monitor and check material on site every day.
- Coordinate and supervise defect work activities.
- Monitor all workers' activity every day.
- Record all defects received from the purchasers through joint inspection with the purchaser and email, and update defect status to the Senior Executive and PTL.
- Handing over and closing defects with purchasers to achieve purchaser's satisfaction, timely completion, and quality.
