- Experienced for 1 year in Research and Development (R&D) projects for the new "Ring Main Unit Horizontal Bushing project, including concept design, prototype testing, documentation ,reporting progress prototype, and bill of material list.

- Utilized SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create and update technical drawings required for R&D projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.

- Provided technical training on new products to internal and/or external teams, ensuring a good understanding of product features and usage.

• Enhanced production efficiency by setting up, adjusting, and operating various machines according to specifications.
• Worked with team members to improve production processes and procedures.
• Manually set up machinery, lathes, and grinders.
• Operated drill presses, lathes and milling machines to produce required parts.
