• Led project teams to ensure optimal site operations and safety compliance.

Project: Excipient Plant Facility (Pharmaceutical)

• Consist of Building Structure and Infrastructure Work(road, drainage & sewerage system)
• As Assistant Project Manager for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assist Senior Project Manager to lead PMC site team and monitor all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications.
• Oversee and Monitor daily operation at Site are delivered on time and within the budget.
• To coordinate, monitor at site accordance and compliance with construction drawing, bill of quantities, and specification as per contract document.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays based on Master work programme.
• Prepare weekly, monthly progress report for all CSA section and report to Client including top management.
• Conduct Site inspection and risk assessments, implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate With Main contractor and Consultant regarding any technical issues and drawing discrepancy.

Project: LTA Rail And Bus Depot And Reception Tunnel for Thompson-East Coast Line (INFRASTRUCTURE)

• Direct the quality control/assurance of the entire precast production.
• Led quality assurance initiatives to enhance project compliance with industry standards.
• Developed and implemented comprehensive QC procedures to streamline construction processes.
• Ensure all of quality control reports including production, delivery and raw material well maintained.
• Prepare monthly report regarding quality issue of precast production and raw material and report to Senior Management.
• Lead a group of subordinate on the daily QAQC task
• Attend to the yearly audit that related to the quality management system
• Lead the subordinate to conduct the daily testing and Inspection for all precast product.
• Liaise with consultant regarding the whole process of precast production on quality control and assurance.

Project: Forest City

• Assist QAQC Manager to implement Quality Management system.
• Supervise implementation of the QA/QC procedures and safety environment.
• Assist QAQC Manager to develop and established mix design for RC, Hollow core Slab and Plank product.
• Develop, establish and execution of Inspection and Testing Plan for precast production control.
• Established guideline for raw material quality acceptance's criteria
• Conduct training on precast quality Requirements and general acceptance criteria of concrete.
• Conduct internal training for all QAQC Inspector regarding process during inspection of product.
• Prepare Inspection form for production process and Testing form for Laboratory including incoming raw material and etc.
• Project: LTA Thomson Line Contract T208 (Tunnel)
• Responsible to generate, maintain and compile relevant reports related to QC inspection and testing and in compiling the final documentation.
• Prepare for daily report and monthly report.
• Inspect all incoming raw material where applicable according to inspection test plan (ITP).
• Ensure all incoming material such as cement, Silica fume, PFA cement, steel bar and admixture shall be accompanied with the supplier's testing report or certificate.
• Inspecting mould dimension using calibrates equipment (micrometer).
• Assist QAQC Engineer to maintain the quality of project.
• Witness all inspection & Test requirements of the project as per schedule.
• Led quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Project: LTA Thomson Line Contract T208 (Tunnel)

• Responsible to generate, maintain and compile relevant reports related to QC inspection and testing and in compiling the final documentation.
• Prepare for daily report and monthly report.
• Inspect all incoming raw material where applicable according to inspection test plan (ITP).
• Ensure all incoming material such as cement, Silica fume, PFA cement, steel bar and admixture shall be accompanied with the supplier's testing report or certificate.
• Inspecting mould dimension using calibrates equipment (micrometer).
• Assist QAQC Engineer to maintain the quality of project.
• Witness all inspection & Test requirements of the project as per schedule.
• Conducted thorough inspections of materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identified non-conformance issues, initiating corrective actions to enhance product integrity.

Project: Bukit Batok & Pasir Ris– Precast RC (HDB & Private)

• Assist to Project Manager and Project Engineer in yard quality management & technical from production until delivery panel to Singapore site
• Make an inspection for the panel before casting and before delivery to Singapore.
• Make an inspection on mould prepare ; regular checking of mould dimension and structural component according to drawings pecification.
• Certify structural component for delivery to HDB .
• Supervise trial casting ; checking of mould dimension ; checking compliance with safety requirement of plant and machinery prior to HDB project in Singapore.
• Supervise and carry out testing include ; concrete test cube, slump test, moisture content, temperature measure and raw material.
• Inspect and measure structural component dimension & defect to compliance with specification.
• Attend site meeting about problem and complaint from customer.
• Developed and implemented QAQC protocols that improved inspection accuracy and reduced defects.
