STRUCTURAL

• Involved in horizontal and vertical structural work.
• Coordinated with subcontractors to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.

• Coordinate between civil, structural, MEP team for make progress smooth.

LOGISTIC

• Manage all equipment and planning schedule for equipment and also deliveries.
• Provide temporary amenities / facilities to subcontractor and worker as per management instruction.
• Lead for Logistic meeting for all subcontractor for managing material and equipment on site.
• Assist for making site clean and do housekeeping for better working work places.
• Monitor and supervise all heavy lifting work with lifting supervisor and checking all equipment and lifting gear in a good condition.
• Manage traffic flow in and out from site for avoid any congestion between heavy vehicles and machinery.
• Manage and control direct worker for main contactor work and support others subcontractor.

Project Overview: Merdeka 118 Tower

STRUCTURAL

• Day-to-day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the allocation works as per schedule.
• Organize workflow and ensure that worker understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Coordination with consultant, sub-contractors and general workforce involved for daily work allocation including inspections and quality control tests.
• Oversee set up, operation and dismantle of DOKA MF240 climbing platform and XClimb 60 formwork system
• To ensure all working place are safe for worker and up to company HSE regulation.

LOGISTIC

• Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities related to logistic and site management plan.
• Monitoring installation and managing welfare facilities and others site accommodation.
• Helping manager and engineer to achieve the work schedule.
• Helping and coordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment with teammates.
• Ensures the workforce an able to carry out required activities without delays caused by materials being delivered to site.
• Ensuring waste is kept to a minimum and that disposal procedures are implemented.
• Supervise the set-up of the site so that the workforce, plant and materials can move around efficiently and safely.
• Clearing of sites obstacles, cutting down on required storage space, and ensures that the construction team is aware that the materials are available close-at-hand.
• Supervised construction activities ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Project Overview: Sapura Tower (KLCC)

STRUCTURAL

• Involved in horizontal and vertical structural with top down method.
• Complete 4m height raft foundation with total 16000m³ concrete.
• Tower slab and wall construction by using system formwork and table form.
• Using PERI climbing system for external building post concrete and formwork removal.

LOGISTIC

• Planning for deliveries and make sure all schedule plan followed by subcontractor.
• Controlling direct worker for support more in main daily progress.
• Making clean site and controlling housekeeping team to support other team for major work like C&S, Architecture and M&E work.
• Supervise for major lifting work for heavy machinery and checking all lifting gear in good condition for safety requirement.
• Controlling time schedule for tower crane operation to ensure all lifting progress follow the schedule on given.
• Checking all machinery including SCT and others subcontractor in good condition.
• Controlling traffic in and out for concreting and delivery time for avoid traffic congestion.
• Manage storage for company and also for subcontractor.
• Conducted regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective measures promptly.

• Company Overview: Shimizu Corporation HQ
• Involved on Shimizu project and liaise with formed client to extension and refurbished work.
• Liaise with client for extension and refurbished work at existing building such as NWB factory, Honda Malaysia, Toyota Auto Body Malaysia, Sharp Malaysia, and Isetan Garden.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and etc.
• Manage and supervise subcontractor in the successful completion of construction and maintenance that projects.
• Assist Manager to supervise all construction works on the project.
• Monitor, supervise and control daily extension works at the project site and adhere to documents control procedure.
• Carry out inspection and test as per inspection and test plan and use all quality controls mechanisms in the quality management system. Result of such to conform to specification.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Worked effectively in fast-paced environments.

Project Overview: 412 Unit Jalan Klang Lama | 600 Unit Setiawangsa

STRUCTURAL

• Monitoring substructure work until superstructure work. (Piling work until transfer slab).
• Checking and inspect M&E work (conduits, RWDP and etc.)
• Checking and inspect all work (rebar and form work) before casting.
• Finish all 5th floor for parking podium and superstructure (beam, slab, column, lift core, staircase and ramp)
• Manage and supervise for aluminum setting up formwork for residence unit (KUMKANG) and climbing system for external building.
• Involving with post tension work for transfer plate from rebar arrangement, setup for tension profile, concreting, tensioning and anchoring (Work with VSL)
• Making swimming pool structure on top 5th floor.
• Involve with SSU structural work.

ARCHITECTURE

• Planning to complete all task for architect work based on work programmed.
• Liaising with consultant or architecture to solve site problem base on drawing given.
• Monitoring architecture progress for shop lot and management and parking lot area (brick layering, skim coat, rendering, window and door.
• Monitoring architecture progress and controlling direct labor.
• Monitoring skim coat, render, wall tiling, ceiling, aluminum window frame for residence unit.
• Controlling all progress on toilet (waterproofing, tiling work and checking for M&E work.
