• Spearheaded the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives, culminating in the finalization of asset divestment deals valued at MYR78 million with investors.
• Directed the rollout of a domestically developed luxury hotel chain in Malaysia, overseeing all project aspects from strategic formulation to implementation.
• Accountable for originating, reviewing investment proposals, and evaluating partnership opportunities to ascertain their suitability for TAR&H's involvement and strategic alignment. Fostered and managed relationships with key partners, including operators, licensors, stakeholders, and influential industry figures.
• Engaged actively within relevant Leisure & Tourism and Real Estate Investment spheres to elevate TAR&H's visibility and promote awareness
