E-Commerce Management:

• Oversee entire e-commerce process from order management to fulfillment.
• Pack and send items to drop-off point, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Achievement: Achieved at zero cost by exclusively bartering products with Malay influencers and celebrities to create content.

Customer Engagement and After-Sales Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms and e-commerce sites promptly and professionally.
• Handle after-sales service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.

Ad-Hoc Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Attend pet events and set up booths to promote Pet Marvel products.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Deal with clients, including dealers, pet shops, and catteries, to build and maintain strong relationships.

Products: Laptops, Monitors, Printers, Accessories, DIY PCs, PC Parts, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Efficiently process and monitor daily orders, ensuring timely shipment to improve store metrics.
• Customer Service: Engage with customers via live chat, providing pre- and post-sales support to foster trusted relationships.
