Cost Controller
Oversee and manage daily budget allocations for vessels and ensuring alignment with financial goals. Regularly assess budget variances and implement corrective actions to optimize spending and maintain financial control.
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports to senior management, providing valuable insights into financial performance and variances from the planned budget.
Support the preparation and forecasting of business plans and annual budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals and strategies.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting and planning activities.
Work with project teams, vessel managers and buyers to ensure smooth process flow and proper documentation before releasing the budget. Ensure all data is accurately recorded and tracked in TM Master and SAP system for compliance and transparency.
Review and evaluate management papers and memos requesting additional budget allocations. Ensure all financial data is accurate and supports the business case for additional funds before submitting for approval by top management.

Basic knowledge in SAP and TMMaster
