• Plan and assign workload on a daily basis
• Media validation with Growth Promotion Test (GPT)
• Identify problems or areas of improvement in the laboratory and implement appropriate solutions

Additional roles and responsibilities

• Supervise and train interns and new staff members on proper sample handling, equipment usage like autoclaves and data recording
• Carry out probiotics samples (BC30) and qPCR analysis
• Handle reference culture and store them appropriately
• Involve in performing Proficiency Tests (PT)

• Adherence to GMP/GLP standards and protocols
• Carry out routine microbiological analyses in compliance with protocols, SOPs and applicable standard methods such as FDA BAM, ISO and USP methods
• Microbiological tests includes typical enumeration tests, pathogens and detection tests, shelf-life evaluation
• Plan individual workload in coordination with the team and work cohesively
• Reduce contamination risk by maintaining a sterile laboratory environment

• Assist the Assistant Manager in the daily operation of Microbiology Laboratory
• Preparation works for samples and housekeeping of the laboratory
• Support staff members in their daily tasks
• Carry out routine microbiological analyses in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics products
• Sort out and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports

• Promote valuable life skills to children like self-management through riding motorcars and motorbikes (outdoor) and other social-emotional skills through indoor play time
• Monitor children's safety and wellbeing
• Give clear instructions to children and parents before the ride
• Maintain clean, neat and hazard-free areas both indoors and outdoors such as sanitizing frequently touched surfaces like toys
• Maintenance of children's electric motorcars and motorbikes
