· NT4 senior Instrument technician for MLNG 2 process.

Lead in daily maintenance/shutdown/Turnaround activities. Daily maintenance consists of troubleshooting, calibration, replacement of transmitter, control valve positioner, control valve accessories including retubing, fire & gas equipment maintenance, analyzer calibration, system DCS & PLC. Responsible in preparing PTW, JHA/JSA & all related documentation for any work safely. Daily morning round check at DCS to capture any abnormality/potential failure on any Instrumentation related equipment, to highlight to the management. Experience in all field instrumentation maintenance.

· Focal person incharge of IPF & slugcatcher for MLNG2.

· Junior technician for IPF department.

Work scope consists of testing & functional check for all IPF loop throughout MLNG all area. To complete IPF testing for almost 5000 loop per year, which some need to testing twice due to IPF SIL class requirements. Involve in every shutdown, all area MLNG plant for the opportunity to test every IPF loop.

Achievements outside routine maintenance:

· 2023 lead in module 6 MLNG2 shutdown in replacing 100+ Foxboro & 100+ Rosemount transmitter within 30 days duration.

· 2022 involved in replacing MCHE (main heat exchanger APCI) with Project Department for LNG process, completed during shutdown opportunity 90 days despite minimal worker during pandemic; removal/installation all related instrumentation, laying new cable, loop test & functional check.

· 2019-2021 replacement of all positioner beta i/p to flowserve Logix for all mlng2

· 2016-2018 involved in MLNG dua total rejuvenation MDR lead in replacing all control loop transmitter, sov & Control valve

· 2014-2016 Lead in replacing all copper tube to stainless steel tubing for all control valve during shutdown opportunities.

· 2010-2014 Manage to reduce the dangerous failure of IPF equipment by frequently test the IPF loop during every opportunity comply to the SIL class test interval. (11 dangerous failure recorded in 2010 -reduce to 1 by 2013.
