• Manage and prepare the MYRA (Malaysia Research Instrument) audit for the research faculty and the university.
• Manage and prepare the Mygrant (Malaysia grant) for progress report faculty and the university.
• Organise meetings and follow-up action to be taken and ensure the
• up-to-date record of progress updates and track reports.

2) Finance

• Managing the procurement and payment procedures using the UTM system.
• Managing the day-to-day finance operations, full-spectrum financial accounting, and reporting
• Work alongside the dean faculty and be involved in strategic planning and conduct feasibility studies on expansion plans and growth.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Responsible for preparing accurate and timely management reports and financial statements, overseeing financial functions such as taxation, cashflow management, budgeting, financial analysis, and feasibility study for expansion.
• Responsible for liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities in relation to accounting issues.
• Responsible for supervising, guiding, and coaching the accounts and finance personnel in their respective job functions and ensuring the department operation is running smoothly.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting, and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies.
• Responsible for HR matters, payroll, recruitment, policies, and administration tasks
