Overseeing the whole operation of Shipping & Delivery department activities: -

• Planning and scheduling daily delivery activities
• Leading the team and overseeing Import, Export, local delivery and also on collection of cargo.
• Monitoring stock readiness
• Supervise billing and collection process from logistic
• Coordinate and work together with various departments on logistics related matters, especially sales, production & warehouse.
• Ensure the logistics department SOP being comply.
• Reporting and controlling of the transport cost.

Overseeing the whole operation of shipping department activities:

• Ensure the accuracy of the shipping documents before send to buyer.
• Ensure the shipping document being send out on time
• Ensure the system is being updated.
• Identify employees’ skills and develop them by coaching and counseling employees on a regular basis.
• Control budget of the shipping department
• Collaborate with purchasing and other managers to optimized the process.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
• Ensure compliance to legal regulation and company policies

• Rebranding the company, by developed the web page, company magazine, etc.
• Develop and expand new market to new customers and/or existing customers.
• Customers pricing negotiation, product costing breakdown for selling price
• Handling and monitoring customer order
• Handling customer’s complaint, inquiry and etc
• Sensitive to raw material on market information such as world supply and demand level
• Implement and improve logistic flow to meet customer requirement.

• 1. Overall handling the whole operations:

- Shorting for supplier
- Trading process – to send sales and purchase order
- To liaise with the shipping agent/ forwarding booking of

the vessel
- To liaise with the supplier and customer regarding the

shipment arrangement.
- Handling full sets of import and export documents.

• 1. Being part of pioneer team to setting up the new plant, from the building empty shell to the fully production plant. Applied on government formalities license like LMW, appoint the forwarding agent and etc.
• Ensure smooth operations of order fulfillment process that contribute to the on-time delivery of products meeting markets’ specification
• Act as a liaison between Graphic design department, Sales team and heads of various markets to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
• Ensure that the markets requirement such as packaging materials, export documentation and quality standards are met
• 5. Working closely with forwarding agent for the importation of machinery and raw-material for the trial run and the setting up the new plant.
• Handling import and export documentation and also arrangements.
• Inter department management and ensure all procedures of the Trade Operations are preceded effectively and efficiently to maximum utilization of company resources including manpower allocation

• Coordination with internal & external parties.
• Build, maintain and increase new and existing customer, supplier & broker pool with high quality service network and excellent business relationship throughout the country.
• Coordinate with surveyor & shipping agent for the shipment information.
• Coordinate with inter-department: Lab, Operation & production for the smooth of the shipment delivery.
• Negotiating prices & conditions with surveyor that benefit the company
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily departmental operation of :-
  a. Daily trade Processing
  b. String Processing
  c. Physical export and import shipment
  d. Shipment documentation
• To supervise the Shipping Executives and clerical staff in carrying out the shipping task:
  a. Ensure departmental procedures and/ or work instructions are being adhered.
  b. Ensure proper guidance & training is provided to every staff in the department.
  c. General management of department:-

  e. Propose and/ or implement necessary improvements.

• 1. Calculating cost such as ocean freight, transshipment cost, and etc. before quoting and approving rate from loading port to destinations ports.
• Monthly report compilation such as vessel utilization report, lifting report, container empty out report etc.
