• Surface cleanliness checks and Inspect substrates for oil, grease, salts, dust, and mill scale before treatment.
• Film thickness testing and Measure Wet Film Thickness (WFT) during application and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) after curing using calibrated gauges.

MAINTENANCE/PROJECT/TA/OFFLINE/SHUT DOWN/FABRICATION

COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVE / CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

• To maintain functionality and integrity of the marine vessel and its spread consistent with operational and HSE requirements.
• To ensure safe and cost-effective implementation of all works in meeting the operational requirement.
• To plan and supervise work strategy to ensure smooth execution.
• To identify all potential problems areas and take appropriate corrective measures to avoid any cost impact to the works.
• To submit daily reports to engineer In-Charge and/or project manager.
• To review site construction/maintenance/pipeline practices, plans, and procedures and initiate improvements on continues basis.
• To manage and supervise the safety and welfare of the crew.
• To perform the knowledge transfer to crew and staff.

MAINTENANCE/PROJECT/TA/OFFLINE/SHUT DOWN/FABRICATION

• Perform periodic inspection per CLIENT's guideline and procedures or on request to determine the condition as basic for assessment of integrity of painting / coating system applied on CLIENT's existing onshore and offshore facility.
• Perform work scoping inspection to determine condition and identify the hence subsequently quantity area on existing CLIENT's asset which require maintenance painting. Those finding will form basic input for planning and execution of maintenance painting work scope and estimation of paint materials, resources, and requires logistic.
• Perform quality control function in major and minor blasting/painting exercise at onshore and offshore worksite.
• These include witnessing, verifying, & documenting the work at various inspection point such as:-
• Environment condition prior to commencement of any blasting or painting activities
• Surface preparation and cleanliness
• Condition of paint components, solvent and grid material
• Expiry date of paint
• Correct mixing of paint component
• Overall condition of blasting and painting equipment and application
• Wet Film Thickness (WFT) and Dry Film Thickness reading
• Cleanliness between paint
• Pinhole and holiday testing
• Adhesion testing
• Correct paint scheme
• Adequate curing time
• Qualification and experience of blaster and painter
• As stated in the paint manufacture's specification etc.

• Assist P.A.U.T (Phase Array Ultrasonic Testing)
• Assist General inspector or Plant Inspector
• Assist Inspector during inspection activities both at onshore and offshore.
• Perform basic NDT job such as MPI, DPI, UT thickness reading measurement on line works and other plant equipment.
• Assist in compilation of inspection report.

OPERATOR/OPERATION

• Ensure shell promotions are accurate and merchandised to shell standards, staff are fully verse on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met.
• Dealing with staff issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing training maintaining a safe, secure and legal work environment.
• Managing and motivating a team of staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
• Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
• Using information technology to record sales figures for data analysis and forward planning.
