  • Established and led the Data Projects Unit to develop and maintain core macroeconomic forecasting infrastructure used to produce headline Treasury economic forecasts.
  • Cultivated strong cross-functional relationships with the Treasury CIO and CDO areas to drive the Treasury data transformation strategy and influence the direction of the Treasury enterprise-wide data infrastructure uplift.
  • Built new senior executive project governance processes to ensure the highest value allocation of data project resources, and provide senior executives with ongoing project oversight.
