TTS Roles:

1.Operation Maintenance

- Lead Joint Integrity program on site day to day job, troubleshooting. Provide expert advice on proactive maintenance of static equipment.

- Plant monitoring and optimization

- Plant or review start-up /shutdown of facilities and equipment. E.g. TA, Slop transfer

2. Project Consultancy

– Provision off expert advice to project with regard to the relevant technical discipline/expertise.

– Support SKA projects: a. Ensure operational readiness prior to facilities handover. b. Provide improvements, including lesson learnt and practical experiences.

3. Engineering & Technical Services

– Provision of services with regards to equipment troubleshooting and/or process improvement in the relevant technical area on repair method and selection based on hand on experience and expertise.

– Develop, review and enhance work procedure/checklist, review OP

– Provide technical knowledge and operational input to project

4. Coaching and Training

- To coach/train senior and junior technician and conduct technical training/coaching/knowledge sharing

- Provision of both tacit and explicit knowledge to coach, guide and develop others either individuals or the organization.

5. HSE

- Direct and advise contractors and technicians on correct equipment safe work practice & techniques to reduce HSE risk.

- Participation/Involvement in HSE plan/activities. E.g PGI, PTW audit, FESI

- Participation in PHA activities. E.g. HAZID, HAZOP, PASR

- Support & practice generative HSSE culture (PGI, UAUC)

- Support SCE / LOPC management (Risk assessment & document review PASR, PIR & HSE case review)

- PSM competency upskilling & statutory certification (NIOSH, SCE finding & UAUC reporting

• As a Dual skilled technician (Process/Instrument) technician at Bokor/Betty/Laila/Bakau Field
• Maintain the operation and maintenance of the oil production and gas compression / handling facilities
• Planned, executed and led the process perform daily field KPI and rectify process upset ASAP.
• Required to liaise with supervisors to optimize the manpower & resource utilization to maintain high production of hydrocarbon uptime from the field in a safe and cost effective manner in line with the agreed production targets and work program.
• Operate and ensure the integrity of utility equipment such as water maker, instrument air compressors, standby generator and firefighting equipment.

• As a Dual skilled technician (Process/Instrument) technician at West Lutong/Bakau Field
• Monitor and control production systems to ensure smooth operation of offshore facilities.
• Operate equipment used in the extraction, separation, and treatment of oil and gas.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machinery, including pumps, compressors, and valves.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.
• Record operational data and report anomalies to supervisors.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize production efficiency.

• Enhanced production efficiency by optimizing process parameters and equipment settings.
• Improved product quality with strict adherence to standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines.
