  • I was lead the Process Engineering manager before promoted as HOD of Latex business unit, Production, Maintenance team, Process engineering team directly reporting to me and dotted line is are Quality, Planning and Material teams
  • Main focus are people and improvement by engaging the production, quality and most importantly the engineering team through initiation of continuous improvement projects such using 7QC , process control ,statistical analysis, bench marking activity and problem solving technical by lead with follow up of defect per million , Lot rejection rate & first pass yield improvements. Encouraging and getting people involvement as problem solver using kaizen activities through process failure mode effect analysis, Small group activity, process quality plan and identify critical to quality processes.
  • Also continuously explore the material usage variance (BOM vs actual consumption) create system to track the usage and review bill of material as part of cost improvement plan Apart from material usage and scrap the main element for production is labour efficiency and earned standard hours. Hence initiative such as value stream mapping, cycle time study including runtime to reduce TIMWOODS very crucial. Introduction of automation to minimize the product and manufacturing For sustainability
  • I am also leading the process engineers and production on the quality and regulatory system requirements by delivering the CAPA , Customer Complaint reports, Changes control and Non-conformance through propersystematic approach using 7QC tools. Most important role is initiating and carry out validation or engineering study for material and equipment related changes. Have experience as main auditee for internal and external such as FDA inspection, Dekra(MDSAP) and customer audits
  • Also was involve new plant expansion and lead transfer product project especially qualification process. Using project management system by build correct working network and task breakdown tracking
  • Service very much depends on backlog, adherence to plan ,On time delivery ,machine OEE and installed capacity measured and actions taken to address bottle neck issues
  • Value such as cost per unit, Material utilization variation, material scrap rate, labour efficiency rate , OT rate, std hrs earned ,Cost initiative projects and CAPEX are measured by weekly and manage effectively
