Oversaw activity flow and logistics for a prestigious biotech competition involving students from national universities. Worked with multiple departments to ensure a seamless participant experience.

Managed financial operations for a departmental industrial visit, including cost planning and final reporting. I learned that I always have to have a plan B for the event and need to put extra money aside for backup.
