The Order Management Analyst supports the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process by ensuring accurate order processing, timely fulfilment, invoicing, and cash collection. This role acts as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Fulfilment to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Prepared month-end closing entries to maintain detailed reporting and recordkeeping.

Collaborated with sales and marketing teams to align order management strategies with promotional activities.

I worked on the ERP system from 2023 until last year, and currently we have migrated to the CPQ system.

Will ensure accurate and timely invoicing to support on-time cash collection.

Maintain master data accuracy (customer, pricing, contracts, ship-to, and bill-to). Document processes and support audits as required.

Investigated and helped resolve collections and billing disputes

• Carry out all daily processes in out job for reliability testing of ink cartridge and PHA's to meet last requirement and expectation plan. Assist Engineer to perform test equipment development and implement projects to reduce cost and improve productivity. Responsible for operation assistant is sorting a new receiving pens from customer and register sorting pens for reliability testing for production.

• This role supports daily production activities, follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), and adheres to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality, and efficiency.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Document production data, equipment performance, and deviations accurately.

Provided production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors for smooth production continuity.

Assemble, install, and test mechanical components per engineering drawings, SOPs, and work instructions. Prepare finished products for shipment.

• Became familiar with the operation of all materials in the cleanroom areas and understood the manufacturing process while supporting production and resolving process issues with the team. Liaised with the engineer to provide direction on materials.

Perform manufacturing operations in cleanroom and controlled environments while following gowning and contamination control procedures.

Work as an assembly person, where we need to conduct stitching on valves.
