1. Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to Watsons Membership and Loyalty Program, ongoing promotions and order related inquiries
2. Assist with customer inquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally
3. Update and maintain customer interaction in CRM systems and database
