Signode Banding Machine Repairing

• Provide periodic maintenance services to ensure optimal performance of KMT Banding Machines.
• Establish a rapid response team for urgent repairs to minimize the downtime and save cost for the company.

SEMICON (SPUTTERING PROCESS)

• Implement real-time data acquisition systems to monitor key parameters during the semicon-hpvd sputtering process, ensuring optimal performance and quality control.
• Develop standardized procedures for efficient target change activities, including pre- and post-change checks to minimize downtime.
• troubleshoot tool interlocks, detailing common issues and step-by-step resolution protocols to enhance operational reliability.
• Implement a systematic approach for diagnosing and addressing robot alarms, incorporating troubleshooting checklists to streamline response times.
• Establish safe handling protocols for broken targets, including containment methods and disposal guidelines to mitigate contamination risks.

• Accept retail and/or commercial deposits, loan payments, process checking and savings account withdrawal
• Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times, this includes buying and selling currency from the vault necessary
• Balance cash drawer in accordance with bank procedures and regulation including periodic batching of cashed checks
• Assist in ordering, receiving, verifying and distributing cash
