Work Descriptions

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of changes, progress reports, and maintenance schedules
• Superimpose all the relevant drawings from different trades, including architectural, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and any other specific trade drawings as Coordination Drawing
• Attend Authority Inspections such as JKKP,SYABAS,TNB,JKKP that all necessary inspections are done and approvals are obtained from various authorities is crucial to the smooth progress of the project and Gather all necessary documents, including design approvals, safety plans, and any specific plans or permits that each authority may require

• Experienced M&E Intern with hands-on involvement in three high-rise projects, contributing to their success over a four-month period
• Prepared structural drawings and architectural drawings to local council on housing renovation
