• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling software.
• Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity sequences.
• Establish baseline schedules and update them as required.
• Identify critical path activities and potential delays.
• Track project progress and compare it against the baseline schedule.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Forecast project completion dates and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the schedule.
• Conduct planning and scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
• Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material deliveries.
• Communicate potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Identify resource constraints and recommend optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with HR and procurement teams for labor and material scheduling.
• Analyze project risks related to scheduling and resource constraints.
• Conduct delay analysis using Time Impact Analysis (TIA) or other methods.
• Support claims and variations by providing scheduling justification.
• Ensure schedules align with contractual requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project records and as-built schedules.
• Assist in preparing reports for contract claims and dispute resolution.

• Developing baseline work programmed & Static scheduling including resources, Productivity and cost including resources levelling and reporting
• To assist with dispute resolution and claims planning matters on multiple projects, including construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis
• Project based tasks to include fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, economic modeling, and strategy formation
• Demonstration of critical paths & consequent disruption etc
• Development of the master and construction schedules, liaison with works packages contractors to ensure all programmes are consistent with the construction schedule
• Demonstration of entitlement to EoT occurring as a result of disruption/ loss of efficiency
• Production rate analysis and work cycle analysis to demonstrate entitlement to EoT, drafting of claim and negotiation strategy
• Development of the works baseline programme using Primavera P6/Microsoft Project
• Other responsibilities also included defining the notification requirements under the contract for EoT and setting up a standardized system to ensure compliance
• Preparation in anticipation the defenses to counter-claims and advice regarding retrospective analysis for EOTs, prolongation costs, disruption, programme critiques and delay analysis critique
