• Site ISO lead is responsible to develop/ improve/ maintain adequate site management system, in compliance with ISO standard and business requirements, to manage site ISO related documentation, to coordinate audit related activities, to develop plans, schedules, to report to management and certification program leads.

• Assists a Project Manager by facilitating server setup, refresh, and decommissioning tasks, as well as responsibilities related to project execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, and communication
  
  Achievements:
  1. Received E-Award for the contribution to the Citrix Decommission project.
  2. Participate in MED project which has won Shell’s best project in BSS ITO MY Shell WS Town Hall was held in Jan 2015.
  3. And received Recognitions from different projects.

• Manage end-to-end BackOffice configuration items lifecycle process.
• Process owner to evergreen BackOffice On-boarding & Off-boarding process.
• Ensure the relevant delivery teams can provide the expected support on level, before the configuration items are moved into production. Ensure on/off boarding of BackOffice configuration items are compliance to Shell audit requirement.
• Secondary of Change Manager and Ops New Service Take-On.

• Responsible for identifying, managing, and maintaining accurate records of all IT infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and services, known as Configuration Items (CIs). They ensure that these CIs are correctly configured and maintained, track changes, and provide configuration information to support other Service Management practices.

• Manage global Linux MSX boxes
• Provide first level day-to-day monitoring, support, operation and control of all equipment, monitoring and management tools within DHL’s MSX infrastructure and its associated services.
