I have always been an asset and focal point to any department that I have been attached during my 12 years with Air Asia. I always had a lot of self doubt in myself when I was about 6-10 years old. That made me stammer and was barely able to put a sentence together. As a kid that made me very shy and introverted. I grew to understood that it just a lack of self confidence and started putting myself on purpose into uncomfortable positions. I started to gain more self confidence day by days until one day the stammering stopped. That I believe is my biggest achievement of all time.
I started my own successful part time business doing home and commercial renovation and source and supply aircraft tooling. That I believe is my second achievement.
Won second place in the year long Khaandor Go-Kart Championship with a total of 320 points. That I believe is my third achievement.
Lastly, lead the study of the development of the Composite and Sheet Metal Workshop. Produced the SOPs, procedures, material storage policies. Successful compliance audit of the workshop with the standards set by European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) & Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia (CAAM). This I believed is fourth biggest achievement.
There are a lot of but this four can gives you a better understanding of me as a person.
