Job Scope

  • Create employee profile for all levels of new employees in the payroll system and updating of personal particular from time to time.
  • Responsible for handle monthly payroll and manage payroll processing.
  • Check and verify data and records for payroll processing (leave, attendance, overtime, claims etc.)
  • Handle payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Timely processing of monthly payroll and submission to all statutory bodies including KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS etc.
  • Administration of employee contract, probation staff movement and staff resignation.
  • Liaise with relevant government statutory bodies on all matters relating to HR Administration of employee relation and discipline matters.
  • Prepare Letter of Offer, Confirmation Letter, Letter of increment, warning letter etc to staff
  • Preparation the monthly HR report for Operation Meeting and payroll reports to Finance (Salary report, OT report, turn over report and etc.)
  • Key in daily leave and OT in the system.
  • Check and update employee attendances, annual leave, medical leave and others leave records for operators/ staff.
  • To monitor and follow up on employee confirmation and performance evaluation
  • Handling the hiring of employee staff and operator (appointment letter and others).
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling.
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in payroll audit.
  • Handle year end performance review process - compile rating of all employees (executive and above level), bonus quantum, promotion proposal, increment proposal for management review and approval.
  • To perform any others duties and add hoc assignments and when required by immediate superior or any others assigned by the management.
