LTA Project: CR110 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF BORED TUNNEL BETWEEN TAMPINES NORTH STATION AND DEFU STATION

Leadership & Responsibilities:

•Lead and facilitate ICE session of weekly CCSM coordination meetings involving the LTA, SWCs and various project stakeholders to ensure cross-disciplinary alignments

• Direct BIM teams across Singapore, Dubai,India and Malaysia to fulfill project deliverables

• CCSM Coordination across Archi, C&S and MEP disciplines to ensure proper integration of building systems in BIM models

•Integrate VDC principles (BIM,ICE,PPM,Metrics) into coordination process to ensure model accuracy, effective clash resolution and compliance with LTA IDC requirements and AIM standards

• Setup and Manage the CDE using ACC and BIM36O

• Develop, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• Integrate emerging BIM technologies relevant advancements to enhance project workflows and coordination efficiency.

• Train or upskill team members in specialized BIM software tools and workflows

• CCSM Submissions: Delivered Pre-Final, Final and Updated Final Design CCSM submissions within tight deadlines.

• 4D BIM: Lead 4D Team in simulating construction sequences, optimizing schedules and visualize project progress

• 5D BIM: Supervised 5D Team in integrating cost data for detailed project budgeting and resource planning
