• Maintain and meet daily first pass yield (FPY) target.

• Lead a team of technician with towards the goal of meet

testers FPY target and production output target.

Achievements:

• Maintain meet daily FPY target of >94% for Server product PCBA FCT tester within 1 month time.
• Successfully stabilize&reduce the testers errors&downtime to meet the daily FPY of >94%.

Monthly Salary: MYR 6800/month

Main Task:

• Main product is RF wireless LTE, BT and WLAN old folk tracking device and medical devices.
• Develop FCT tester for Keysight P550 PCBA’s, including the tester hardware and software developments (Labview&Python Programming).
• For RF products, write Tx(Transmit power)&Rx(BLER) test programming by using Python programming with using Rohde&Schwarz CMW500 Wireless Communications tester for LTE test.
• Release&involve in ECN meeting for product spec&design change&new parts.
• In-charge of MPS (Manufacturing Process Specifications) documentations.
• Involve in RFQ for test equipments&hardware purchase.
• Involve in Keysight I3070 ICT test fixture design.
• Become main engineer for transfer currently product production&testers from Malaysia factory to new factory at Batam Island, Indonesia.

Achievements:

• Successfully transfer/duplicate 4 group of products production line from Malaysia to Indonesia factory including new production line testers build, inspections&qualifications.
• Successfully lauch new production line including all PCBA&HLA testers for new product of Singapore CHD cash register machine at Malaysia factory.

Monthly Salary: SGD 4200/month (Employment Pass)

Reason of Leaving: Due to company restructurin with good testimonials from company.

Main Task:

• Main Test Engineer for RF/Wireless Communications measurements equipments (4G/5G/Synthesizers) from Keysight Technologies platform.
• Set-up 10 RF Wireless FCT testers (PCBA programming, FCT&Final RF Wireless FCT) set-up.
• Including in-charge of PCBA debug (from SMT, FCT tester&rework) activities.
• Deal with productions line testers set-up, such as Productions, Process, QA, SQE and FVMI(PCBA Visual Inspections.)
• -In-charge of defect failure components FA to vendor, results from the RCCA of failure PCBA’s.

Achievements:

• Completely set-up 10 FCT tester for Keysight new platform including testers qualification activities.

Main Task:

• Perform post-silicon validation for Intel architecture IOT chipset.
• Analyze and debug RCCA the failure of chipset.
• Perform reject validation (RV) on the units and generate yield report.
• Perform functional, IC characterization&shmoo plot test of silicon.
• In-charge of HDMT IC tester set-up&IC test activities.
• Perform chipset limits optimization and recommendations.

Achievements:

Complete post silicon test for 1 of Intel chipset for BMW car dashboard.

Monthly Salary: MYR 4966/month

Reason of leaving: Not suitable develop career in semiconductor field.

Main Task:

• In-charge of GPS band LNA chipset ATE station set-up.
• Write the GPS ATE tester program with using Agilent VEE programming.
• LNA measurement: P1dB(1dB gain compression point), IP3(Third-order intercept point), s-parameters(s11,s22,s21&s12) and noise figure (NF).
• Involved in LNA IC qualification&characterization activities.
• Involve in Impedance matching¤t biasing circuitry optimization for GPS LNA IC.

Achievements:

Successfully launch 2 series of new GPS LNA IC mass production (Super Nemo&Dory project).

Monthly Salary: MYR 3400/month

Reason of leaving: Looking for more challenging career opportunity specialist in RF PCBA test.

Main Task:

• Switched mode power supply (SMPS) AC adaptor design for portable audio products.
• In-charge of electronics component selections/evaluation.
• Support of PCB layout design activities including EMC.
• Perform EMC/EMI test&products electrical safety test.
• Perform related audio measurement for Hi-Fi sets speaker module.
• Bill of material (BOM) preparations for the developed products.
• PCBA circuitry RCCA and troubleshooting.

Achievement:

Successfully lauch mass production from R&D or NPI stage for 1 series of Hi-Fi sets speaker.

Monthly Salary: MYR 3000/month
