Logisvarran Muniandy

A highly experienced Licensed Land Surveyor and corporate leader with over 30 years of expertise in the land surveying and consultancy industry. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Geomatics Engineering and is registered with the Lembaga Jurukur Tanah Malaysia (LJT).

He has held several prominent leadership roles within the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), including Honorary Secretary General (2022–2023), Chairperson of Finance Task Force (2020–2022), Chairperson of Membership Review Committee (2019–2022), and Hon. Treasurer General (2018–2019).

At the national level, he serves as a representative member of the Kementerian Perumahan & Kerajaan Tempatan Focus Group Dealing with Construction Permit (FGDCP), and previously served on the Jawatankuasa Khas Penyelarasan Kadester JUPEM-PEJUTA (JKPK). He is currently a Member of the Disciplinary Committee Panel for the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board (2023–2027).

A results-driven and strategic Managing Director, he is recognised for his strong leadership, operational excellence, and ability to develop sustainable business growth. His expertise includes land survey consultancy for housing and estate development, with extensive knowledge in land tenure, land acquisition, reserve gazetting, strata title, strata management, and underground utility mapping.

He is also an active member of the Association of Authorized Land Surveyors Malaysia (PEJUTA), having served as Internal Auditor and contributed to several technical committees including Cadastral & Strata Title Survey, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and Engineering Survey Committees.

Beyond his professional commitments, he previously served as President of the Lions Club of Cameron Highlands (2017–2020) and continues to support humanitarian and community initiatives as Acting 2nd Vice President. In his personal time, he enjoys golf, travelling, adventure activities, sightseeing, and off-road 4x4 exploration.
