The goal of this project is to complete the construction of the condominium with Certificate of Completion (COC) within the given contract period.
Turnaround Projects
Title: Plant heat rate optimization by reducing Carbon Oxide emission at full load.
The project focuses on reducing heat loss due to Carbon Oxide (CO) emission by operating the boiler at excess Oxygen at 3.2% at full load.
Title: Plant heat rate optimization by improving condenser vacuum pressure.
The project aims on improving the condenser vacuum by carrying out condenser cleaning during outage. The project creates a recurring cash impact of RM1,345K per annum.
Title: Installation of New Condensate Recovery Line from Soot-Blowing Drains to Continuous Blowdown Tank.
The project targets on improving the plant heat rate variance by 5.33KJ/Kwh (17.4%) by minimizing the steam loss from warming up the soot blowing drain line. The project creates a savings of RM231K per month.
