1) Process Enhancement
-Develop and implemented E-checklist, time consumed for report printing reduced by 30 mins daily, boxes of paper saved from physical printing process elimination.
-Created new matching rules in TLM which increase the automation rate in the process. The new matching rules reduced number of entries which need to be reconcile manually. Automation rate increased by 7%, approximate 1 hour saved from BAU process.
2) Teams Fictionalization
-Organize meeting with regional team managers to discuss the restriction (host’s country regulation, client’s concern, etc.) between different region and draft a proposal to teams functionality.
-Plan the capacity of teams and arrange cross training plan between team members from different region (London, Montreal, Toronto, Luxemburg, etc.)
-Monitor and track the progression of the project. Provide weekly project’s progression report to senior management.
